Your ride, your way
Every group is different, so this tour has no fixed route. Want a sunrise start over the wetlands? A slow photography ride with long stops? A family outing where the youngest rider sets the pace? A hard training day in the hills? Tell us what a great day on the bike looks like for you and we build it.
The stats on this page are just a reference point — a typical private day runs around four hours and 25 kilometers, but yours can be shorter, longer, flatter, or steeper.
Ideas to start from
The Volcán and Cerro Punta highlands give us a lot to work with: wetland lakes and birdlife, river valleys lined with trout farms and coffee, vegetable-farm lanes near Panama's highest town, and rough lava-field roads on the flanks of Volcán Barú.
We can also help you plan multi-day riding — linking routes across the highlands over two or three days, with the café as your base between rides.
How it works
Send us a message on WhatsApp with your dates, group size, and what kind of riding you're after. We'll suggest a route, agree on a price, and lock in your day. Private groups can be up to ten riders, and we match the bikes and the guide to the group.

Good to know
What fitness level do we need?
Whatever you have — that's the point of a private ride. We design the route around the least experienced rider in your group, from flat family loops to serious climbing days.
Can we really start at sunrise?
Yes — early starts are one of the best reasons to book private. Highland light at dawn is unbeatable for photos, and from May to November mornings are also the driest window of the day.
What happens if it rains?
Private tours run year-round, and because the route is ours to shape, we can adapt it to the weather on the day. If conditions turn genuinely bad, we reschedule at no charge.
